How do I buy a rank from the store?

Visit store.marspixel.net, choose your rank, enter your Minecraft username, and complete the purchase. Your rank will arrive within a few minutes.

My rank didn't arrive after purchase — what do I do?

Wait 5 minutes while online on the server. If the rank still hasn't arrived, submit an inquiry above with your order number.

Can I appeal a punishment?

Visit your player profile and use the appeal button in the Active Punishments section, or contact support directly via Discord.
